Returns & refunds

Because every item is custom-made to your order, sales are generally final once production starts. If your order arrives flawed, defective, or different from your approved proof, we’ll remake or refund it — just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

We don’t accept returns for sizing or buyer’s-remorse on personalized goods, so please use the size guide and review your proof carefully before approving.

If we have to cancel an order we can’t fulfill (for example, artwork we can’t legally reproduce), you’ll be refunded in full automatically.

Terms of service

By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the artwork you upload. We can’t reproduce trademarked, copyrighted, or offensive material and may decline (and refund) any order at our discretion.

Prices, turnaround times, and product availability can change without notice. Quoted bulk pricing is valid for 30 days.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Uploaded artwork is stored so we can produce your order and, if you choose to publish a design, share it in the community library. You can ask us to remove your designs at any time.

We don’t sell your personal information. We email you about your orders, and only send marketing if you opt in.

Signed-in customers can download their account data or request deletion from the account page. We verify deletion requests and may retain minimized order, tax, fraud, or dispute records where legally required.
