How long does an order take?
Most custom orders ship or are ready for pickup within 5–7 business days after you approve your proof. Bulk and team orders depend on quantity — we’ll give you a date with your quote.
What artwork should I upload?
Upload a vector (SVG) if you have one — it gives the cleanest stitch. Otherwise a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works well. Avoid photos, gradients, and tiny text; embroidery is thread, not ink, so bold, simple artwork looks best.
Why is there a one-time setup fee?
For embroidery, your art has to be “digitized” into a stitch file first — a setup fee per production-ready placement (shown at checkout). Screen printing is estimated per screen, then confirmed from approved separations. DTG and DTF transfers have no setup fee. A prior file is only reusable when the artwork, size, placement, garment, and production settings all match; the shop confirms that before crediting setup.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for single items in the shop. For bulk/team pricing, discounts kick in at 12, 24, and 50 pieces — request a quote and we’ll lay it out.
Can I choose where the design goes?
Yes — pick your placement area (left chest, front, back, sleeve, cap front, etc.) right in the customizer. The outlined box shows exactly where stitching can go.
Will I see it before it’s made?
Once you place an order we send a digitized proof to approve before we stitch a single thread. If something’s off, request changes and we’ll revise it.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Choose “Local pickup” at checkout (free) or have it shipped. You’ll get an email with tracking the moment it ships.
Can you embroider items I already own?
Yes — we decorate customer-supplied jackets, uniforms, aprons, and more. Request a quote, check “I’m supplying my own garments,” and tell us what you’re bringing. (Note: we can’t replace a customer-supplied item if something goes wrong in production, so we’ll flag anything risky before we run it.)
Do you work with schools and businesses (POs, tax-exempt)?
Absolutely. We invoice on purchase orders with net terms for schools, teams, and businesses, and tax-exempt organizations can order tax-free with a valid certificate. Request a quote with your PO number, or ask us to set your organization up as a business account.
